Expository
A form of writing that explains, informs, and describes a topic. Expository writing is usually written when someone needs to teach or explain something to a person. Everyone needs to learn Expository Writing as it can help you develop essentials skills for clarifying confused brains on what they are learning/developing. Students will start developing Expository Writing in Grade 9.

Descriptive
A type of writing that forms an image by describing topics using vivid sensory details. Descriptive writing is used when someone needs descriptions on an item/book/character/food/etc. We use descriptive writing because it helps people visualize topics just by using words that are expressive. You will start using descriptive writing in Grade 9.

A type of writing where a person tells a story by writing in a book/novel. Narrative writings engages the reader through the plot, rising action, conflict, falling action, and resolution of the story. Narrative writing helps people generate ideas for stories they want to write and tell them without any problem.
